		<description>You could always do both?  Include Sacto stuff, but also cover whatever else you are thinking?  Sacto stuff definitely needs all the support they can get.  Yet, there&#039;s no reason to keep it strictly Sacramento, if you are thinking of branching out.  Just don&#039;t forget Sacramento in doing so.  But that&#039;s just my (late entry) opinion.</description>
